'Fully-compliant' UPCA wants BCCI vote back

A day after the BCCI's electoral officer rejected the voting rights of eight bodies, it has emerged Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) and three government bodies - Services, Railways and the Universities - have decided to contest the ruling.
